Rick Costanza  Rick has done it all at Lake Placid for many years - coached BKL, juniors and masters skiers, organized paintball biathlons, run the IronKids program, coordinated Olympic stadium complex and even groomed trails! He has coached at a biathlon world cup and worked at the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake. We are very excited to have Rick on board and also welcome his daughter Martina, a 7th grader who will be skiing with our BKSL group! Rick will gradually take on many of the tasks Murray, Christa and Andy have been doing in the past.
 Tim Weston Welcome to our new coach, Tim Weston! Tim is now our head coach for Junior Elite and Junior Development Teams. Tim has been one of our top summer coaches for two years and comes to MNC following coaching stints at Bridger Nordic Ski Education Foundation in Bozeman, MT and GMVS in Waitsfield, VT. Tim was a top skier at Middlebury College and is a real technician. Tim is now our head coach for Junior Elite and Junior Development Teams. Tim has been one of our top summer coaches for two years and comes to MNC following coaching stints at Bridger Nordic Ski Education Foundation in Bozeman, MT and GMVS in Waitsfield, VT. Tim was a top skier at Middlebury College and is a real technician. Tim will help our high school age athletes prepare for the Junior National, Eastern and State Championships and provide race support at the Eastern Cup qualifying races. His video analysis and training plan expertise will guide our junior skiers to top performances this winter. Our junior skiers come from many high schools throughout NW Vt, are of all abilities and train year around. |
